Staying on theme, I read the March 1st newsletter, posted March 5th, this morning on March 9th (post clock changes for DST). I feel like I achieved some kind of non-singular singularity, or synergetic detachment.
whoops! Wife calling (gotta pick up something on my way home…)
March 5th for the March 1st newsletter is absolutely a timeline I can get behind. Also congratulations to your wife, that’s fantastic! As a guy who definitely married up, I salute you for doing the same.
Looking forward to the Lynch salute, I'd love to hear a tribute to his weirdo, rarely-seen sitcom ON THE AIR that ABC allowed him to do between seasons of Twin Peaks. Aired once, incomplete and out-of-order, and then only released on rental-only and Japanese LaserDisc. Now *that's* obscure.
And David "Squiggy" Lander! Plus Ian Buchanan from TP, Marvin Kaplan, Tracy Walter, Sydney Lassick, and in one episode, Freddie Jones from The Elephant Man. A character actor fan's dream cast.
I have the rental-only VHS cassette of it, which I'm planning to re-digitize (I made a DVD-R of it years ago, but I'm betting that no longer plays). Let me know if you'd like a copy.
That incredible run when you're doing the bit about running an errand for your wife was excellent. I'm still laughing about it a month later. Also, congrats to Kat! That's rad. Hope to catch you when next you visit NYC

On The Air was insane! I recall Miguel Ferrer was in it, yeah?

Wow! I'm exhausted watching and listening to your special brand of whimsey, can't imagine doing that amount of work! Best of luck!
If I stop, I feel!

Thank you Michael! Yeah, I should be coming to the Bell House at some point soon. I'll certainly blab about it.
